At DotMatrixLabs, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our standard warranty covers your device for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If any country has a mandatory legal warranty period longer than 2 years, the longer warranty period will apply.
Warranty Coverage #
Our warranty covers:

This warranty does not cover:

– Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Firmware Modifications: Any damage or issues arising from changing, modifying, or attempting to alter the device’s firmware in any way, including installing third-party firmware.
How to Make a Warranty Claim #
If you experience any issues with your device within the warranty period, please follow these steps to make a warranty claim:

2. Provide Proof of Purchase:
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
3. Find the serial number:
- Find the serialnumber of the device under the device tab in Dot X. If for some reason you are not able to access the device in Dot X, please note down the info located under the device.
4. Describe the Issue:
- Provide a detailed description of the problem, including any troubleshooting steps you have already taken.
5. Return Authorization:
- Once your claim is reviewed, you will receive instructions on how to return your device for repair or replacement.
