Which operating system does it work with?

We currently only support Windows. We are working on supporting macOS and Linux in the future.

Do I need any software to use this device?

Yes, we have developed an application called Dot X.

Dot X is used for binding sliders to different actions, like volume control, MIDI, and system features. It is also used for controlling the RGB backlight.
